# SiteBeacon

> SiteBeacon is an AI-powered lead-generation platform for web designers, developers, and digital agencies. It finds local businesses that need websites, have low Google ratings, or have incomplete Google Business Profiles — then helps you turn those gaps into qualified outreach.

## What it does
- Worldwide search: type any city or postal code (autocomplete-backed), pick the market, and search — coverage matches Google Maps (200+ countries). Recent markets are remembered for one-click reuse.
- Three-mode analysis: detects businesses with no website (or only a third-party/social presence), low review ratings (reputation gaps), and incomplete Google Business Profiles.
- Find Contact: for no-website leads, hunts down their Facebook page and Instagram with identity matching (phone/address verified against their Google listing) plus any real website their Google listing is missing.
- AI visibility check: asks an AI assistant with live web search which businesses it recommends for a category and city, so outreach can truthfully say whether AI knows the lead exists.
- AI Recognition Report: the deep, per-business version — asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok what they KNOW about a specific business from training (web search OFF), scoring recognition, unprompted recommendation rate, factual accuracy, and share of voice vs. competitors, plus a Get-Known plan (schema.org, llms.txt and FAQ assets) to make the business learnable by AI. Distinct from the live-search AI visibility check above.
- Channel-matched outreach: first-touch drafts for email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, phone scripts, and walk-in notes, with automatic follow-up cadence, reply tracking, and a permanent do-not-contact list. Messenger/Instagram sends are always one-click-assisted manual (Meta's terms prohibit automation).
- Shareable hosted scorecards: one-page branded lead reports (PageSpeed scores + AI-visibility verdict, or a web-presence check) at private links you can text, DM, or print.
- Geographic competitor analysis within a chosen radius to qualify and prioritize leads.
